This time of year one of my favourite places is on the sea shore, watching the wind play and laugh with the sails of small boats and yachts. The interplay of light, wind and sea provide beautiful and ever changing reflections.
This week just a short blog post sharing with you a picture of one of my most favourite shore based possessions.
The scripture in the sail providing ample material for one's own reflection to help us continue to play and laugh when we feel we are in danger from life's more ''stormy weather'':
Isaiah 40: 29, 30 & 31; '' He giveth power to the faint [weak]; and to them that have no might he increaseth strength. Even the youths shall faint and be weary, and the young men utterly fall: But they that wait upon the LORD shall renew their strength, they shall mount up with wings as eagles; they shall run and not be weary; they shall walk, and not faint.''
